Rochester, NY - March 22, 2026. Predeceased by husband, Roberto Fallone; son, Dr. Robert Fallone, Jr.; parents, Carlo and Lucia Testa; in-laws, Onorato and Berenice Fallone; five sisters and five brothers. Survived by children, Honore (Elaine) Fallone, Joseph Fallone and Bernice Fallone; daughter-in-law, Lynn Fallone; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Grace's Funeral Mass was celebrated March 27th at St. Pius X Church, Rochester, NY. Donations may be made to the Carmelite Monastery of Rochester, 1931 W. Jefferson Rd., Pittsford, 14534 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in Grace's memory.
