Rochester, NY - January 24, 2026. She is survived by husband, Kenneth Jacobi; mother, Shirley Shaughnessy; and preceded in death by her father, Walter Shaughnessy. She leaves behind children, Tamra (Bob) Grupp, Aprilyn (Adam) Villafana, and Ginger (Jeff) Alloco; as well as grandchildren, Carter and Mason Grupp, Vinicio Villafana, Hunter and Cole Alloco.
Donna's funeral mass was held on Saturday, January 31 at Holy Cross Church. Interment followed at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donna's name to the Wilmot Cancer Center or the Animal Service League. *For full obituary visit: bartolomeo.com
